The Schaduw Eilte (S&W)

In the City-State of Castorhage, the Schaduw Elite use the power of shadows to extend their lives and control their surroundings. This dark faction is small but formidable, ruling its own territory and retaliating against those who challenge it. The setting provides a dangerous group for adventurers to encounter, oppose, or negotiate with.
