The Sleeping Beast

A Klingon crew must respond to a distress call from a scout ship and prevent a rogue asteroid from colliding with the agricultural world of N’Stegh. The adventure challenges the crew to investigate the threat, overcome the obstacles hindering the scout ship, and avert a disaster that could devastate the planet’s biosphere and cause a regional food shortage. Along the way, they may encounter a strange alien presence and choose whether to study it, confront it by force, or use both approaches. This standalone Star Trek Adventures scenario is set during the Next Generation era and includes a mission brief for continuing play.
