The Unillustrated Man

A standalone encounter for five 6th- to 8th-level adventurers. A mysterious storm washes the magical tattoos from a shaman’s body, bringing the illustrations to life as dangerous spirit animals. The party ventures into the storm, weakens the creatures, and extracts their ink to restore the tattoos to their original host.
