Unter dem Sturmdrachen

During the spring cherry-blossom festival in KueiLi, an unknown killer calling himself the Storm Dragon publicly murders Black Adepts across the capital. Judge DiYung assigns the adventurers to investigate the crimes and determine whether the killings follow a hidden plan.
