A setting supplement for Cepheus Engine and Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game campaigns, presenting an ice-covered moon with a life-bearing ocean beneath its surface. Scientists at a research station oppose corporate miners seeking its natural resources, as their dispute shifts from legal and political arenas toward open conflict. The supplement includes planetary and system information, history, technology and society, maps, and an illustration of the research station.
