Players collect completed sets of embarrassed-situation cards by asking opponents for specific card types and trading or drawing when requests fail. The deck contains adult-themed, inappropriate scenarios; matching four-of-a-kind sets are scored and set aside. On a turn, a player asks another player for a particular card type; if the asked player has any of that type they must hand them over, otherwise they respond with a designated phrase and the asker draws from the draw pile. Play continues until the draw pile and hands are exhausted, and the player with the most completed sets wins.
