Operation Torpilles!

A floor-based naval battle game set during World War II. Each player maneuvers a fleet of four large ship miniatures—a battleship and three escorts—across the oversized playing surface. Players use submarine-shaped torpedo launchers to fire discs that glide along the floor. Shots are aimed at specific points on the ships’ waterlines, where they pass beneath the models and trigger rubber-band mechanisms that launch turrets or sections of the superstructure into the air, representing damage.
