Axis & Allies: Pacific 1940

A theater-level World War II strategy game that focuses on the Pacific theater with plastic ships, planes, tanks and infantry. Players command national forces, build and move fleets and air units, conduct amphibious invasions and land battles, and resolve combat using updated anniversary rules. New unit types include tactical bombers and mechanized infantry; mechanics cover naval and air bases, neutral nations, kamikaze attacks and convoy disruption. The game uses an oversized map and hundreds of detailed pieces for large-scale campaigns and is designed to combine with a corresponding European board for a full global 1940 scenario.
