Just Desserts
Players act as cafe servers trying to satisfy arriving guests by matching dessert cards to guest preferences. Each turn a player draws a dessert, adds a new guest to the center, then chooses to serve one or two guests by discarding desserts that meet their cravings (and avoid their dislikes), draw an extra dessert, or discard and redraw any number of dessert cards. Guests at the table are pruned each turn so only one of each preference type remains available, and special bonuses occur for serving a guest their favorite. The game ends when a player has collected either three guests of the same type or five guests of different types; optional variants add stealing, forcing trades, and surprise claims.
