1994 · City Building
Manhattan
Players build a skyline across multiple city districts by placing floors on buildings one section at a time. Each turn a player plays a placement card that determines which part of a block they may add a floor to; card positions are relative to each player’s seating. The topmost floor on a building determines control of that building. At the end of each round and at game end, players score points for controlling districts and for having the tallest buildings, and the highest total score wins.
