Terra Nova

Players expand influence by moving control markers and erecting fences to enclose areas of land. Each turn consists of three actions: move a control marker, then take two more actions that can be additional marker moves or placing fences adjacent to a marker moved that turn. Enclosed areas score when they contain no more than three landscape types; the majority of a player’s pieces in an area earns points based on its size and the number of landscape types (fewer types yield higher points). Ties split points. The game ends when all areas have been scored.
