Targi
Lead a Tuareg clan in a head-to-head trading and tableau-building contest on a 5x5 board. Players place meeples on edge action spaces (avoiding occupied spaces and those facing an opponent) to claim goods, actions, and access to cards dealt in the 3x3 center grid. After placement, border actions resolve and players take center cards from the intersecting row and column. Cards represent tribal members and benefits that are usually played immediately to a three-by-four personal display, where sets and diversity in rows yield endgame points. Manage goods, the single-card hand, and card costs to assemble the most valuable tableau by game end.

Can I place a Targi on a border card that has the robber on it?
No — a Targi figure cannot be placed on the border card occupied by the robber, though placing opposite the robber is allowed (pages 2–3).
Can I place a Targi on a border card that already has one of my or my opponent’s Targi, or opposite an opponent’s Targi?
No — you may not place a figure on a card where one of your own or an opponent’s Targi is standing, nor on a card that is opposite one of the opponent’s Targi (page 2).
How do I place my tribe markers — where do the intersections come from and what if my Targis are in the same row or column?
Draw imaginary straight lines from each of your Targis to the opposite side and place tribe markers where those lines cross; if two Targis are in the same row or column there will be only one crossing point and you place only one tribe marker (page 3).
When I take a goods or tribe card from the center, do I get the tokens immediately and when are center cards replaced?
If a goods card shows goods, gold, or a VP token you take those tokens immediately; when a center card is used you take back your tribe marker and that card is immediately replaced with a card of the opposite type (goods ↔ tribe), reshuffling the discard into the draw pile if needed (page 4).
How many tribe cards can I hold in my hand and can I play a held tribe card at any time?
You may hold only one tribe card in your hand at a time; a tribe card in hand can generally only be displayed (played) by using the noble border card on a later round, except for one special tribe card that allows playing from hand without the noble (page 4).
How do row-completion bonuses and endgame scoring work, and how are ties broken?
Completed rows of 4 identical symbols score +4 VP and rows of 4 different symbols score +2 VP; rows with fewer than 4 or duplicates score nothing; the game ends when a player displays their 12th tribe card or the robber reaches the fourth raid card, and ties are broken by most gold, then most goods (pages 5–6).
