Terraforming Mars: The Dice Game
Players guide rival corporations in using special dice as resources to develop their enterprises and terraform Mars. Dice are produced and spent to play cards, increase production, perform actions, and place city and greenery tiles on the map. Turns alternate between producing new dice and taking actions; terraforming the planet by raising temperature, oxygen, or placing oceans scores victory points and triggers global progress. Additional points come from tiles, cards, Awards, and Milestones. The game ends when two of the three global parameters are completed; the highest total victory points wins.

Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
Can I reroll my resource dice?
No — there are no re-rolls in this game: once a die is rolled its face is the resource you have ("No re-rolls: You never ever re-roll your dice resources in this game!") (page 4).
What happens if there aren’t enough dice in the dice pool when I do production?
Take and roll as many dice as are available for your production, and you gain 1 wild token (regardless of how many dice were missing) (production steps) (pages 3, 4).
How many dice can I keep between production turns, and are wild tokens dice I can keep?
On a production turn you may keep up to 3 of your current resource dice and return the rest to the pool; wild tokens are not dice and cannot be kept as dice (page 3).
How do blue cards’ actions work — do they use my support/main action and when do they refresh?
Blue cards provide a support, main, or free action; using a card’s support or main action flips it sideways to mark it used (free actions may be taken anytime), and all used blue cards are flipped back (refreshed) when you take a production turn (page 3).
How are Awards scored at the end of the game?
For each Award you count the number of that icon in the costs of all your played cards; highest score for an Award gets 5 VP and second place gets 3 VP with friendly ties awarding both winners full points (no second in 2‑player games) (page 5).
If a parameter is already completed do I still get VP for terraforming, and what about completing the third parameter?
Raising a parameter that was not yet completed gives 2 VP; raising an already‑completed parameter gives 1 VP instead, and completing the third parameter still awards 2 VP when it is increased (pages 4, 5).
