KeyForge: Dark Tidings

Each deck is a unique, preconstructed deck drawn from three of the set’s seven houses, and players use their decks to compete to be the first to forge three keys. The set introduces the Unfathomable house, which focuses on exhausting opposing creatures to limit an opponent’s ability to fight or gather amber, plus cards that keep exhausted creatures sidelined or remove boards entirely. A high/low tide mechanic enters play via a tide card that changes who benefits from boosted card effects; players can manipulate the tide through effects or by taking chains. The set also adds “evil twin” decks, exact copies of existing decks in card composition but with alternate-art, alternate-statted creature variants that alter gameplay.
