Pandemic: Legacy – 0. évad

Place agents according to the setup numbers for player count — the rules use a 3 / 2 / 1 deployment as shown in setup (page 8).

Add the Escalation cards during player-deck setup: split them into the five piles and reassemble the player deck with those piles as instructed (page 9).

MOP UP is performed on your turn as part of the turn sequence and removes agents in cities that have active teams before you draw player cards (page 13).

When acquiring an unknown target you reveal the city per the Identify/Acquire rules, then place the team in the revealed city and apply any L–U sticker placements as shown in the example (page 12).

Resolve the Incident by placing its token and then draw the bottom Threat card to apply effects; Incidents can chain, and you continue resolving chained Incident effects as described (page 14).

After drawing you must reduce to the hand limit by discarding immediately; Event cards are played according to their own timing rules but you still must end the draw step at or below the hand limit (pages 13, 15).
