Atrophy / Darkside

A biohorror roleplaying game about human biological modification and survival on Moonbase Zeta, a colony that has mysteriously gone dark. Players investigate the moonbase’s domes, confront enemies, and uncover the secret behind its collapse. Characters gather Cells to implant Biomods or develop new Skills, gaining superhuman abilities while increasing their Atrophy. Wounds, trauma, and dangerous endeavours can also add Atrophy, bringing bodies and minds closer to breaking point. The game includes themed character options, 36 Biomods, 17 detailed moonbase Sets, and 9 possible enemies.
