Wake up in an abandoned hospital with no memory and no idea what has happened. Search its changing rooms for clues, food, medicine, clothing, and makeshift weapons while managing health, terror, and neurosis. Once the final clue is found, a hidden scenario reveals the true objective. Players may need to escape or confront the hospital’s horrors together, or turn against one another through secret alliances and shifting threats. Each scenario offers different rules and possible endings.
