Guillotine: Unlucky Brits

Adds four new cards representing British historical figures to the noble deck and shuffles them into play. Each card gives a different point value, including negative scores for controversial figures, and changes the scoring options available during the round. Players continue to take turns selecting nobles, tallying points based on the new values while adapting strategy to the modified deck composition.
