Harmonic - A Magical Weapon for Bards

A magical weapon designed for bards who take part in melee combat. It allows a bard to use a known spell without expending a spell slot, provided the weapon hits a target in melee. Each weapon has a limited number of charges, and using the final charge may cause it to vanish from the wielder’s hand. Several versions offer different levels of power, with availability and price reflecting their rarity.
