Hostile Solo

A stand-alone solo roleplaying game set in a grim, realistic future of deep-space work and unknown dangers. A single player creates and manages a crew of blue-collar characters working in asteroid mining, exploration, freight shipping and salvage, corporate troubleshooting, colony operations, or Marine interventions. Crew members develop relationships, pursue personal goals, and face random encounters, difficult tasks, combat, and unfolding storylines. The rules include character creation, solo play tools, mapping systems for ships and outposts, event tables, and a scene-resolution mechanic for resolving complex situations with a single dice roll. The book also includes an overview of the setting and the cyberpunk city of Nexus.
