Savage Worlds

A fast-playing tabletop roleplaying system for settings ranging from swashbuckling adventures and superheroes to science fiction. Players create characters, develop attributes, skills, and special abilities, then resolve exploration, combat, vehicle chases, magic, and other challenges with the same core rules. The system also supports miniatures-based skirmishes, mass battles, and competitive encounters involving custom-designed forces. Guidance covers creating races, worlds, creatures, villains, and adventures, with rules intended to limit bookkeeping while handling large-scale conflicts.
