This fantasy roleplaying supplement details a lawless port city hidden beneath Waterdeep, where thieves, monsters, criminal gangs, and emissaries from the surface trade in the cavern’s perpetual twilight. It describes the city’s three layers, four wards, more than 100 notable locations, dungeon areas, important NPCs, and competing power groups. The material provides a setting for adventures and can also be used as a model for an Underdark city or alongside a Ruins of Undermountain campaign.
