Smash Up: Munchkin

This crossover merges Munchkin factions into the franchise’s shufflebuilding system. Players choose two twenty-card faction decks, combine them into a forty-card deck, and use that deck to send minions to contest Bases. Bases have difficulties and abilities; players play actions and minions to gain power on Bases and trigger their smash conditions. When a Base is smashed, players in first, second and third place on that Base score points. The set includes eight faction decks—Clerics, Halflings, Orcs, Warriors, Elves, Thieves, Dwarves and Mages—each with distinct abilities that change how decks interact.

This is an awful experiment. It is a new big box of Smash Up with 8 factions of Munchkin World. This one litearly add the mechanics of Munchkin on Smash Up creating a strange creature so large to be played. Not funny at all.

Munchkin and Smash Up fans unite! This game brings the fun characters and artwork from munchkin into the foray of Smash Up. Expansion introduces treasures and monsters into gameplay which only takes a game to pickup and fully understand. This expansion is also capable of being a standalone game, it has all the components within for doing just that. The factions do seem to have a bit of a leg-up on previous factions but it really just comes down to how savvy you are with your other favorite factions when playing against them. A bit over powered they might be, but if you know what you're doing not a problem whatsover.
