The Cousins' War (Second Edition)

Players represent rival royal houses vying for control of 15th‑century England across up to five rounds, each covering several years of the Wars of the Roses. Each round players choose a battlefield, play action cards to deploy and maneuver troops, and adjust influence in regional areas before resolving a tactical battle. Combat uses bluffing and dice-driven exchanges until one side has no forces left on the field; battlefield outcomes shift control of regions. Victory comes from dominating all regions or holding the most regions after the fifth round. The second edition updates components and includes an optional Times of Change variant that incorporates event cards.
