Sail the stormy seas of Titania, placing ships around the map to rebuild towers. Collect colored shells and use matching cards to deploy ships, then pay the required shells to construct towers and refurbish them with starfish. Each turn, choose between drawing cards or playing them to expand across the hex-grid map and claim its rewards.
