Victor's GM-less Oracle

A lightweight oracle for solo and cooperative roleplaying without a game master. A single roll uses a dynamic probability curve to establish the tone, urgency, and tension of a situation, helping determine whether events go as planned, introduce setbacks, create a crisis, or resolve a character’s goal. It can be adapted to different systems and settings, and also supports enemy and NPC decision-making.
