Two scientists-turned-heroes patrol a haunted city facing a major supernatural threat and its minions. Players control four unique characters with individual abilities, use cards and player boards to manage actions, equipment, and upgrades, and cooperate to defeat powerful bosses that spawn larger enemy figures on the board. Components integrate with both first and second edition play, providing miniatures, character rules, and scenario elements for use alongside the base game.
