A collection of small highland settlements for fantasy roleplaying campaigns. These villages can serve as early bases or starting towns when using kingdom-building rules, ranging from scrub-covered hamlets rich in berries and herbs to traveling huts whose location is constantly changing. The settlements vary in character, from lawless and independent to orderly and undisturbed.
