A dark fantasy supplement featuring fleshcrafted body parts and organs. Characters can replace their skin, arms, eyes, mouths, and other features with grafts taken from monsters and other beings, gaining unusual powers alongside disturbing transformations. The options include troll limbs, anti-paladin eyes that sense good, leech maws, and other horrific rewards for flesh-based customization.
