A Dozen Wanted Criminals

A systemless resource for fantasy roleplaying games, presenting twelve known and wanted criminals for use in a campaign. Each character is described without game mechanics or statistics, allowing the gamemaster to develop them for the chosen ruleset. The criminals can serve as current allies, former companions, sellers of illegal goods, sources of information, or other supporting characters in a fantasy city or town.
