A Lion in the Ropes (Castles and Crusades)

The party enters Lord Galveston’s lands, where villagers have disappeared and bodies have been found along the river. Strange cat-like tracks and rumors of a chaos-born beast point toward a threat from the nearby woods. The adventure takes the characters through the village of Capendu, Four Saints Church, surrounding settlements, and Lord Galveston’s tower as they investigate the murders and confront wild beasts and restless dead. Designed for 4–8 characters of levels 1–4, it combines overland travel, dungeon exploration, tracking, and action.
