A Pipeful of Trouble
An idyllic halfling village has fallen victim to unknown bandits and marauders, and a band of adventurers must uncover what happened and decide how to respond. The adventure is designed for characters of levels 1–3 and combines social encounters, wilderness travel, caves, and a traditional dungeon complex. Strong role-playing elements include ethical dilemmas that can be retained or omitted for a more combat-focused game. The module features notable NPCs, challenging opponents, dangerous locations, a new monster, and maps of the village, the route to the caves, the caves, and the dungeon. It is written for Labyrinth Lord and can be adapted to other OSR or d20 fantasy systems.
