A Reign of Terror
In steampunk London in 1897, agents of the secret Ministry of Strange Events investigate attacks on ships, railway bridges, banks, museums, and factories. Players form a special task force, determine which rumors are true, identify those behind the unrest, and work out where and when the next attack will occur. Using the latest available technology, they must stop further incidents and protect the Queen and the British Empire.
