Players cooperate to navigate a mythical ocean by laying path cards and placing marvel tiles to extend and cover the ship’s dotted route. On a turn the active player either draws and places two path cards to continue the voyage or places one of two available marvels by matching its required encounter icons and respecting placement rules. When no more cards can be placed, the game ends and players compare visible encounter icons to loss thresholds; if thresholds are exceeded the voyage fails. Otherwise players score for path segments, non-whirlpool icons, and placed marvels, with penalties for unplaced marvels and visible whirlpools. Optional voyage effects on the ship card add shifting complications during play.
