A revolt spreads across Kaladesh as renegades, aether-pirates, weaponsmiths, and the Gatewatch oppose the Consulate’s surveillance and control of Ghirapur. Players build and battle with ready-to-play decks featuring new cards, themes, and mechanics from the set, including Improvise, which allows artifacts to help pay generic mana costs. Each deck focuses on different characters and strategies from the conflict.
