Age of Steam Expansion: Montréal Métro

In 1960s Montreal, government planners develop a subway system as the city prepares for rapid growth and international events. Players build metro routes and transport passengers across the island. This expansion introduces neutral Government Links and a split-level Locomotive that can use them. The map is designed specifically for three players and includes rule changes to support that player count. It is intended for experienced players.
