Agony & Ecstasy
A self-contained superhero adventure set in Gemini City, where gang members and corrupt police are being attacked by a vigilante seeking revenge. Heroes investigate the violence in the Ossuary district and Brigadier Bay while trying to protect innocent people from the escalating conflict. The scenario supports beginning players and characters, with a selection of pregenerated street-level heroes and superpowers, or rules for creating original characters. C.O.P.S. alerts provide additional leads and opportunities for side adventures.
