Alien

Players take the roles of alien colonists who have lost their memories after a crash on Earth and must rebuild their mission from fragments of corrupted data. Gameplay centers on hidden identities, asymmetric goals and resource management: characters research human biology and society, acquire technology and weapons, and use psychic abilities to disguise or infiltrate. Players balance covert study, manipulation and open conflict as they pursue objectives that may conflict with those of other players. Resolution uses strategic planning, deduction and occasional combat as players expand influence, gather information and decide whether to coexist, dominate or exterminate humanity.
