An unexpected patron summons the heroes to Sigil to discuss a dangerous assignment involving the Cult of the Eternal Flame. The mission calls for fiery vengeance, sending high-level adventurers into the next chapter of an elemental conflict. This two- to four-hour adventure is designed for four Tier 4 characters, optimized for an average party level of 18, and forms the second part of the Elemental Chaos series.
