A powerful but deranged young metahuman believes she is a cybersamurai battling giant monsters and serving the people. Her psychic abilities generate a massive anime-style mech around her, complete with sound effects and devastating metal fists. Designed as a PL 11 threat for Mutants & Masterminds campaigns, she can be introduced as an adversary or recurring super-powered encounter.
