Arbiter Core Class
A Starfinder character class built around misdirection, social influence, and unconventional problem-solving. Characters use skills, tricks, and persuasive abilities to support the group, manipulate opponents, and accomplish tasks without drawing attention or receiving credit. The class provides a complete progression from levels 1–20 and suits characters such as jesters, trendsetting socialites, or other discreet agents who influence events from the sidelines.
