Arcs: Halls of Power Expansion

Adds new political roles and options that expand the base game's interaction. Players draft and deploy character archetypes like a Socialite and a Reformer, each offering unique negotiation abilities and ways to influence factions and institutions. New cards and mechanics introduce additional leverage and diplomatic tools, changing how players bargain, sway power brokers, and pursue long-term agendas. Requires the Blighted Reach Expansion to play.
