This expansion covers Romanian operations during the 1941 invasion of the Soviet Union, including battles in Bessarabia, Odessa, and the Crimea. It includes 98 die-cut, mounted Romanian counters, 20 scenarios, and three linked battle games. The scenarios require the boxed game Fire in the Steppe, with all additional rules and components provided in the book.
