Nicodemus seeks to impose a thousand years of perfect obedience through a ritual on Axis Island, using supernatural compulsion to create his vision of peace. As the world nears oblivion, heroes and people across every nation and culture rise in rebellion against his design. This high-level adventure is designed for 20th-level characters and brings their campaign to a confrontation over free will, revolution, and the fate of civilization.
