Black Cobra (SUPERS!)
A ready-made supervillain for use in superhero roleplaying games, this serpentine cult leader commands assassins through hypnotic gaze and mind control. Her ability to stretch and contort her body allows her to trap heroes in crushing coils. The supplement includes full game statistics, powers, background, tactics, and adventure ideas, along with a printable 3D paper miniature. Although designed for the fictional city of Nova City, the villain can be used in any setting.
