Blight Elves: Architects of Despair
This sourcebook details the blight elves, a cruel race devoted to a goddess of suicide and the spread of misery. Rather than seeking conquest or destruction, they aim to drive mortals to choose death through physical and psychological torture. Designed for True20 campaigns, it introduces new powers, feats, heroic paths and path masteries, along with poisons, diseases, weapons and other character options. New villainous paths support darker campaign themes and portrayals of these despair-driven antagonists.
