Break Away
A two-sided tafl game in which one player leads a King and his defenders toward safety while the other controls an invading force. The King must escape the surrounding forces; the invaders win by surrounding him on four sides and preventing his movement. Players maneuver pieces across the board, with either side able to prevail until the final move. The game is based on the ancient Scandinavian strategy game hnefatafl and comes in a portable case.
