A short science-fiction adventure set on a world where engineered honor and politically arranged marriages bind rival noble houses. Hired as neutral aides to oversee a prestigious union, the player characters uncover a scandal involving manipulation, conspiracy, and neural conditioning. As accusations spread and alliances fracture, they investigate who engineered the betrayal and why the supposedly impartial Conciliation Union wants the merger to fail. The adventure is designed for 2D6-based roleplaying systems, including Cepheus Engine and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game.
