A bizarre extraterrestrial infection transforms humanoids and other creatures into clown-faced, flesh-eating pseudo-undead. The monsters infiltrate settlements disguised as ordinary clowns, spread the Grimaldi Strain, and consume the inhabitants once enough have been converted.
