Capes, Cowls and Villains Foul
A comic-book role-playing game about masked heroes, superpowers, villains, and dramatic team-ups. Players create characters from Traits, combine their abilities in creative ways, and tell fast-paced stories of heroism, sacrifice, and changing powers. The rules support heroes of different power levels, scalable solo or team villains, and complications that add new opportunities to the story. Damage represents physical harm, exhaustion, frustration, or being trapped, while ready-made characters, villains, and short introductory adventures help start play quickly.
